Dr. Josh is the most caring doctor I know. He always goes above and beyond to make sure his patients receive the best care. Dr. Josh does not only adjust me but also teaches me so much about the human body. I had reversed neck and flat feet due to poor postures when I was a kid. Dr. Josh has been working on me for a long time and now my neck doesn’t need to be adjusted so often anymore. He also brought back the curves on my feet.
I never thought I could love my feet so much but with the curves they are kinda beautiful haha. Due to the nature of my work (I am a ceramicist), I need to use my body a lot everyday so Dr. Josh taught me how to use my body more efficiently and gave me some suggestions beyond chiropractic care on how to take good care of myself (exercise, meditation, breathing exercises, diet,…).
