We Make Chiropractic Care Easy

We’re an out-of-network practice, which simply means we don’t bill insurance directly. Many of our practice members still use their benefits, and we do everything we can to make that process easy.

If your plan includes out-of-network coverage, we’ll provide a detailed receipt for you to submit. We also accept FSA and HSA cards for your convenience.

Our goal is to make your care simple, supportive, and stress-free from start to finish.

What is an Adjustment?
An adjustment is a precise, intentional input that helps your body release tension, reorganize, and move toward a healthier state. Nothing is random or generic – each adjustment is tailored specifically to you in that moment.

When I adjust, I’m taking into account your history, current stress load, posture, nervous system tone, breath, body structure, movement patterns, and the subtle tension tracks that show where your system is holding or compensating.

In simple terms: an adjustment creates a meaningful change in your body.
Each one is a step forward in your healing and growth.
